How do I place an order?
You can place an order online via our website by selecting the items you need and choosing your preferred payment on our secure checkout page.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay by credit or debit card via world pay or PayPal.

Yes very safe. All online payments are fully secure and encrypted using secure certificates to ensure the safe transmission of your data. You can be assured that your details are protected every time you shop with us.
Can I add items to my order?
Please check your order carefully before proceeding to checkout so that you do not miss anything. If you do need to add an item,please get in touch with us as soon as you can to find out whether this is possible.
Once an order is packed and ready for dispatch we are unable to add to the order.
How do I change or cancel an order?
Once an order has been packed and ready for dispatch it is not possible to amend your order. You can of course return your order for a refund.
What is my order number?
Your order number will be in your confirmation email that will be sent automatically once your order has been placed.
I have not received a confirmation email?
We automatically send a confirmation email once your order has been completed, to the email address you have provided. Please check your email address carefully when placing your order to ensure you have supplied the correct email. Check your junk/spam folder sometimes emails get treated as spam if they are from unknown senders.
When will my order be delivered?
This depends on the postal service you choose,your location and the time of day you ordered. UK standard takes 2-5 working days. Personalised items will take longer so please allow up to 7 working days for these to be made for you and to arrive.
Can I collect my order from you?
Unfortunately we are an online personalised gift supplier only.
How do I return an item?
If you are not 100% happy with your item,you can return it for refund within 30 days from delivery date. Please contact us for a returns form. All items must be returned in original packaging and all labels intact. They must not have been worn or show signs of wear.
